Optimizing your video connection
If you experience a lag or weak connection, try the following
Limit other internet use (especially streaming devices)
Disable your video
Connect computer to your phone’s personal hotspot
If none of these resolves the issue, please join by phone so that you can at least listen to the presentations and still participate in the discussions (dial-in info in each agenda). The presentations will be made available after the meeting, and the meeting itself will be recorded, so you will be able to view them at a later time.
Participating in the open discussion
If you would like to speak during the open discussion session on Day 1, please select “raise your hand” (under the “Participants” tab) or put your question/comment in the chat box. The moderator will be actively monitoring these two functions during the session.
